About Us

ILA is an independent, non-governmental and humanitarian organization based in Afghanistan. It aims to contribute in promoting peace, quality education, youth & women empowerment and delivering social service through voluntary works and implementing projects across Afghanistan.

  • ILA is established by a group of young male and female volunteers in October 2023.
  • Our vision is a world where all women have equal access to education and are able to pursue their dreams and achieve their goals. We envision a society where women are empowered to make positive changes in their lives and in the world around them through education and knowledge and fulfill the 4th sustainable goal, Quality Education.
  • Our mission is to empower women through education by providing access to quality educational opportunities and resources. We aim to support women in reaching their full potential to trace their dreams and becoming leaders in their communities.

As you are fully in the loop, it has been more than two years that schools and universities are banned for girls in the country, all their scientific and social achievements that they had achieved during decades of hardship are destroyed. Moreover, a big obstacle is created in the way of our education and progress. Furthermore, by analysing and understanding such a difficult situation, two Afghan girls concluded that we should not be silent in such a difficult situation. We grew up in this land we used its resources we learned science, so for now, we should hold the hands of our fellow humans and transfer our learning to them and somehow be useful to our society. And let the knowledge among women be extinguished and let us all get through this difficult period together. Due to the above reasons, on October 29, 2023, Nargis Rahmani and Rabiha Ayoobi founded a free online academy called Innovative learning Academy, and we received a warm welcome in the first days establishment. Gradually, our academy progressed and for now, we are proud that we were able to provide free classes in Pashto, English, German and Turkish language classes, as well as math, Medical, Coding, Astronomy, Kankor, Computer, Drawing classes, and one other class by the name of Thrive Thoughts to Afghan women. Currently, we have more than 500 girls’ students who are regularly engaged in online learning in our classes every day. Moreover, 20 female and male teachers are teaching the online classes as a vulnerably basis and we are very satisfied with this process till now.
